Successful Career Management 101: Explore what it means to successfully and strategically manage your career, why it’s important for both you and your organization, and how to intentionally develop the most essential components of successful career management, including self-knowledge, personal brand management, networking, expanding your comfort zone, and career pathing. This workshop is a perfect “first step” in introducing the topic of proactive career management to your organization and is easily combined with any of our other offerings to go more fully in-depth with the topic of your choice.
Increasing Your Visibility at Work - 3 Techniques: Don’t just hope Management will recognize everything you are doing or everything you can do. Take more control over your career opportunities and visibility by perfecting three techniques: Giving your B.R.A.N.D. statement, learning to R.I.P. off the mask you’re hiding behind, and using the S.O.A.R. storytelling technique to talk about your accomplishments and tie them what your organization most cares about. Interviewing with Confidence: Give your employees the skills and confidence to effectively tell their career story, ensuring you get the full picture of what they have done and can do. In this workshop, participants will leave with a full toolkit to prepare for any interview (virtual or in-person; job fit, situational, behavioral, or case). We will cover tricks to combat nervousness, how to research a role and an organization’s needs, effective storytelling using the SOAR technique, and answers to the most common interview questions, including the dreaded “Tell me about yourself.” This offering can be tailored to any level or industry, or for managers and interviewers who want to ensure they are asking the right questions and listening for the right things.

In this workshop, participants will gain the confidence and skill to effectively build and maintain a professional network in a hybrid world in ways that feel authentic, genuine, and suited to their personality type (spoiler: introverts can be fabulous networkers).

Using the Johari Window framework, gain actionable strategies to help you embrace change, increase self-awareness, lower your biases and communication barriers, and more confidently take on new assignments, learn new skills, and step into professional “gray space” to uncover your hidden potential and career opportunities.
LinkedIn, Resumes, & Executive Bios: Effectively tell your career story and show the extent of your skills and expertise to potential customers, managers, and stakeholders. This workshop includes take-home resume and bio templates, live demos of the latest features of LinkedIn, and hands-on activities for writing strong headlines, career summaries, and accomplishment statements. The class will be tailored to the specific needs of your team and the purpose for which participants will be using their LinkedIn profile, resume, or bio.
Growing Your Strengths (includes CliftonStrengths Assessment): Identify and leverage the unique strengths of every member of your team in order to create a more engaged, cohesive, and productive organization. This workshop includes your choice of CliftonStrengths assessment, guidance on how to interpret the report, and activities to begin to intentionally leverage, communicate, and grow your strengths (and navigate your weaknesses) in order to maximize career happiness and success.
Making Room For All Types: Improve communication, collaboration, and productivity on your team by learning to recognize and appreciate the different personality types of each team member and effectively adapt communication styles, meeting agendas, and work assignments for each type. This workshop primarily draws on principles of the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indictor (MBTI) and includes a free assessment for each team member and strategies and action steps drawing on several top assessment models.
